McGuirks Golf are happy to exchange or refund products* which we have sold in the last 28 days once a matching physical or digital receipt is present (For online orders, your 28 days starts the day you receive your delivery).

Products must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds are issued to their original method of payment with the original receipt. Please note that a gift receipt is not an original receipt. Products returned with a gift receipt will only be eligible for exchange.
Refunds take approx. 3 to 5* working days to process (this may take longer in some cases*).
Custom Golf Clubs* and/or Personalised Golf Balls* are not eligible for refund or exchange as they are personalised. (Stated in EU Law).
Gift Vouchers* are treated like cash and are not eligible for a refund. If a Gift Voucher is lost or damaged, we cannot re issue the voucher. Gift Vouchers are valid for 10 years.
Golf equipment and clothing purchased from McGuirks Golf are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty policy. The representative of the manufacturer and not McGuirks Golf will take decisions regarding the replacement of defective equipment.
If the manufacturer issues a replacement / repair, the warranty for your purchase will remain from the original date of purchase, and not the date of replacement / repair.
If you return part of a multi-buy offer, the item(s) will be refunded proportionately. This means that the kept item(s) will be treated as full price and the refund will reflect the remaining balance paid on the order. Please be aware any free item(s) not returned will be deducted from any available refundable value. Free Gifts cannot be returned for a cash refund or gift voucher.
Warranty
Golf equipment and clothing purchased from McGuirks Golf is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty policy. Decisions regarding the replacement of defective equipment will be taken by the representative of the manufacturer and not McGuirks Golf.

Cart Warranty
Standard warranty scheme covers manufacturing defects that occur through normal use on an Electric Trolley. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse and misuse or commercial use is not covered. The manufacturer's warranty cover is available through the authorised brand service centres within Ireland only. Customers outside of Ireland will need to return their product back to the Ireland for repairs and services. McGuirk's Golf is not liable for the cost of returning the product back to us for repair or service. T&C Apply.
